Agreement between you and PURA

The PURA web site consists of various web pages operated by PURA owners.
The Website is offered to you provided that you agree to the terms, conditions and communications contained in this agreement without modification. Your use of this Website constitutes ipso facto acceptance of all such terms, conditions, and communications.

Modification of these terms of usage
PURA.BB reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions and communications under which it is offered the website at any time without notice.

ONLINE BOOKING

PURA does not use automated booking systems but only requests for availability that do not take forms of contract either for you or for PURA.
The wording “Reservations” in the menu of the site, does not equate to booking actually accepted. The reservation can be requested by email or by phone at the numbers indicated. The booking confirmation that PURA.BB sends to the Client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options. In the event that a deposit is requested, the Client has the duty to send it within the time indicated by the staff of PURA so that the option is removed and the booking is definitively confirmed.
So PURA.BB will undertake to send you a confirmation e-mail.

CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION

The reservation becomes binding for PURA.BB only upon receipt of the deposit payment receipt.
The amount of the deposit is generally equal to 20% of the amount of the stay, excluding any optional services (entering the balance to be paid at check-in).

CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation of the reservation, PURA.BB has the right to withhold the following compensation calculated on the amount of the deposit paid (expenses will be charged to the Customer):
– within 24 hours of booking: 0% (full refund of the deposit to the client)
– from 7 to 10 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit will be retained.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES

The PURA.BB Website may contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). PURA.BB does not control the Linked Sites and is not responsible for the contents of the Linked Sites, including without limitation any link contained in the Linked Sites, or any modification or update of a Linked Site; is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission of information received from any Linked Site/Linked Site. PURA.BB provides these links only as an advantage and the inclusion of links does not imply any recognition of the site or any form of association with its managers.

NO ILLEGAL OR PROHIBITED USE

As a condition for your use of the PURA.BB Website, you warrant that you will not use the Website for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these terms, conditions and communications. It is forbidden to use the Website in such a way as to damage, disable, overload, or endanger the Website, or to interfere with the use by third parties of the Website.
You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any material or information through any means that is not intentionally made available or provided expressly through the Site.

USE OF COMMUNICATION SERVICES

The PURA.BB Website may contain electronic message board services, chat areas, newsgroups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other communication services, or messages created to enable you to communicate with other subjects or with a group (collectively, “Communication Services”). You agree to use the Communication Services only to send and receive messages and appropriate material related to the particular Communication Service.
For example, and not as a limitation, when using a Communication Service, you agree not to:
– Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or in no way violate the legal rights (such as privacy and advertising rights) of others.
– Publish, send, distribute or disseminate inappropriate, obscene, indecent, profane, defamatory, racist or xenophobic names, materials or information, or which in no way violates the rights of others.
– Publish files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by the privacy rights of advertising) unless you are the owner of such rights, or rights that otherwise justify the use.

– Advertise or offer for sale any product or service for any commercial purpose, unless such Communication Service specifically permits such messages.
– Conduct or forward surveys, contents, pyramid diagrams or chain letters.
– Download any file sent by another user of a Communication Service that you know, or reasonably should know, that cannot be legally distributed in that way.

– Falsify or erase any attribution of copyright, communications of legal content or other appropriate communications or designations of ownership or designations of origin or source of the software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
– Limit or inhibit other users from using and enjoying the Communication Services.
– Violate codes of conduct or other usage methods that may be applicable to any particular Communication Service.

PURA.BB has no obligation to monitor Communication Services. However, the staff reserves the right to revise material sent to a Communication Service and to remove any material at its sole discretion. PURA.BB reserves the right to suspend your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason; always reserves the right to disclose any information if necessary to comply with any law, rules, legal procedure or applicable government request, or to modify, refuse to send, delete any information or material, in whole or in part.
Always use caution in providing your personal or family members data within any Communication Service. PURA.BB does not control or endorse the content, messages, or information found in any Communication Service and, accordingly and expressly disclaims any responsibility in relation to the Communication Services and any action arising from your participation in any Communication Service. Operators and hosts are not authorized spokespersons and their opinion does not necessarily reflect the opinion of PURA.BB.
Materials published on a Communication service may be subject to limitations on their use, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for having adhered to these limitations if you download the materials.

The information contained therein is subject to periodic changes. PURA.BB makes no warranties or representations regarding the availability, reliability, suitability, timeliness and accuracy of the information, software, products, services and related graphics contained on the website for any purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, such information, software, products, services and graphics are provided “as is”, without warranties or conditions of any kind. PURA.BB and/or its respective suppliers, under this agreement, disclaim all warranties and conditions with respect to this information, software, products, services and related graphics, including any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, suitability for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
To the extent that this is permitted by applicable law, PURA.BB and/or its respective suppliers may in no case be held liable for direct, indirect, moral, incidental, special, consequential or damage of any kind including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising from or connected with, use or execution of the website; with delay or inability to use the website or related services, provision or failure to provide services, or for any information, software, product, service and related graphics obtained through the website, or otherwise arising from the use of the site, be such damages based on contractual liability, tort, negligence or otherwise, even if PURA.BB or any of its suppliers have been informed of the possibility of such damage. As some states/jurisdictions do not allow enforcement or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not be applicable to you. In the event that you are not satisfied with any part of the website, or any of these terms of use, the sole and exclusive remedy will be to stop using the site.

JURISDICTION

For any dispute that may arise concerning the interpretation, execution and/or termination of the booking contracts to which these conditions apply, in which PURA.BB is a party to the proceedings, the Court of BARI shall have sole jurisdiction.
